Partner onboarding · step by step

This guide walks new partners through the process from initial signup to earning your first revenue through the markup model.

Step 1: Apply

Email [email protected] with your company details, the type of partnership you are interested in (Energy Consultant or Panel Builder), and your expected volumes. A partner manager will be assigned to you and will be in touch within a few business days.

Step 2: Agreement

Your partner manager will discuss terms and send you a partnership agreement. This covers the pricing model (Partners earn revenue through markup on Hybird's base pricing, not commission), responsibilities, and terms of the relationship. Review and sign the agreement to formalise the partnership.

Step 3: Training

Your partner manager will schedule a training session covering:

  • Hybird products: Optimisation, Service, and the hardware range.

  • How to qualify sites and estimate savings.

  • The sales process and how to introduce customers to Hybird.

  • Commission structure and payment process.

  • Available marketing materials and co-labelling options.

Step 4: Materials

After training, you will receive access to partner marketing materials. If you are selling Hybird Service, you can request co-branded materials (one-pagers, pitch decks) featuring both your logo and the Hybird logo. See the Co-Labelling Policy article for details.

Step 5: First introduction

When you identify your first qualified prospect, you can introduce them to Hybird by emailing your partner manager or [email protected] with the prospect's details and site information. Hybird can work with you and the prospect to develop a proposal, for support with the first sale.

Step 6: Commission

Once the customer's contract is activated, Hybird invoices you at base prices and you invoice the customer at your agreed price. Your margin — the difference between Hybird's base price and your customer price — is your revenue. Your partner manager can provide guidance on pricing and invoicing.
