This article summarises the key terms of Hybird's Energy Partner Agreement. Refer to your signed agreement for the full terms.

Energy Partners are independent businesses that sell and recommend Hybird products as part of their own offering. Partners do not install hardware — installation is performed by a Certified Contractor from Hybird's installer network.

Energy Partners earn revenue through markup, not commission. Hybird invoices the Partner at Hybird's base prices. The Partner invoices the end-customer at the Partner's own price, which includes the Hybird platform plus the Partner's own value-add (consulting, reporting, advisory).

The Partner may charge the end-customer up to 50% above Hybird's total base price. The Partner's pricing model is approved by Hybird once during onboarding (not per deal). The Partner must clearly distinguish between the Hybird product and the Partner's own services in all customer communications.

When a Certified Contractor installs Hybird hardware for a Partner's customer, the Contractor earns commission from Hybird under the Certified Contractor Agreement. The Partner's margin and the Contractor's commission are completely separate — neither affects the other.

Partners may co-brand their offering as "Powered by Hybird OS." Co-labelling of marketing materials is permitted. Hardware and software white-labelling is not available.

Either party may terminate with 3 months' written notice. Hybird may terminate immediately for pricing misrepresentation, prohibited activities, or confidentiality breach. On termination, existing customer agreements remain active with Hybird.
