Overview
The Hybird webshop at shop.hybird.energy is a trade webshop for approved business customers. There is no guest checkout · on your first visit you register, the Hybird team reviews your application, and once approved you receive an email invitation to activate your access. This article explains each step.

Step 1 · complete the registration form
On your first visit to shop.hybird.energy, complete the Join the Hybird Ecosystem registration form. It has three sections:
Primary customer contact details · first name, work email address, and title (e.g. Owner, Manager).
Business details · address line, city, postal code, country, company name, company website URL, phone number, CVR number, and a delivery attention (the person deliveries should be addressed to).
Shipping address · only needed if it differs from your billing address.
Use your work email address · this is where your invitation will be sent, and it becomes your webshop login. Make sure the CVR number is correct, as it is verified as part of the review.
Step 2 · Hybird reviews your application
The Hybird team reviews every application before granting access. The review includes verification of your CVR number against the public register and a check of your business and delivery details. If a discount or specific pricing has been agreed with the Hybird team, it is applied to your account at this stage so it appears automatically in webshop pricing.
Step 3 · receive your welcome email and activate access
Once approved, you receive a welcome email from Hybird Energy ([email protected]) with the subject "You're in. Welcome to the Hybird Ecosystem", addressed to you by first name. It confirms your account has been approved, notes that your installer or panel builder discount is applied automatically on every product page and at checkout (no codes needed), and links you straight to the webshop and the installer hub.

From there:
Log in · head to shop.hybird.energy and sign in with the email you registered with.
Browse the catalogue · breakers, controllers, PSUs, UPS units, and software licences.
Shop at your rate · your discount tier shows on every product page and applies automatically at checkout.
Start ordering · place your first order and start deploying Hybird on site.
A member of the Hybird team will also call you shortly after approval to help you navigate the webshop.
Important · accept email communications
The invitation is delivered by email. To receive it, you must accept email communications from Hybird · if you have opted out of (or unsubscribed from) Hybird emails, the invitation cannot be delivered and your access cannot be activated.
Not received your invitation?
Search your inbox and spam folder for [email protected] or the subject "You're in. Welcome to the Hybird Ecosystem".
Confirm you accept email communications from Hybird and have not unsubscribed.
Confirm the work email you registered with is correct.
