The Hybird webshop is your central platform for purchasing Hybird circuit breakers, controllers, power supplies, and related equipment. This guide walks through the ordering process, product selection, and important considerations for bulk or custom orders.
Accessing the webshop
Visit the Hybird webshop in your web browser. Installers receive webshop access credentials during onboarding.
Creating an account
To place an order, you will need a webshop account. If you do not have one:
Click Sign up or Create account on the webshop homepage.
Enter your email address and create a password.
Complete your profile with your name, company (if applicable), and delivery address.
Verify your email address via the confirmation link sent to your inbox.
Browsing products
Product categories
The webshop is organised by product type:
Circuit Breakers → RCBO 2P: Two-pole RCBOs for single-phase installations
Circuit Breakers → RCBO 4P: Four-pole RCBOs for three-phase installations
Circuit Breakers → MCB: Miniature circuit breakers (overcurrent protection only)
Circuit Breakers → RCD: Residual current devices (residual current protection only)
Control Systems → Edge Controller: Hybird Edge Controller (ICO-C indoor and ICO-CO outdoor variants)
Power Supply → PSU: 24V DC power supply for the Edge Controller
Power Supply → UPS: Uninterruptible power supply for backup power (699 DKK ex. VAT)
Understanding product availability
In-stock products
In-stock items are dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery is via GLS Click & Ship; delivery times depend on the carrier. For urgent orders, expedited processing and shipment can be facilitated — contact [email protected].
Made-to-order products
Made-to-order items are manufactured on demand with a lead time of approximately 4 weeks. The exact delivery date is confirmed in the order confirmation email.
Made-to-order configurations include:
All B curve variants (RCBO 2P and 4P)
Type A RCDs (Type B is standard stock)
Non-standard amperage or sensitivity combinations
Adding products to cart
Select a product. Click on the product name or image to open the product detail page.
Choose specifications. Select amperage, sensitivity, curve type, or configuration.
Enter quantity. Use the quantity selector.
Add to cart. Click Add to Cart.
Checkout and payment
Accepted payment methods
Credit card — the default payment method at checkout.
Invoice — available for verified business customers. Standard terms are net 8 days for vetted business customers.
Trade account and invoicing
For invoice-based payment, your CVR is cross-checked against the public database at the point of registration. Standard payment terms are net 8 days. For trade customers, the support person handling your onboarding will discuss payment terms with you directly.

Returns and warranty
Defective products must be returned within 14 days of the error being identified. The standard 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship only. See the Warranty Terms and RMA Process articles for full details.
Order tracking
After placing an order, track it via your webshop account under My Orders. You will receive email notifications at key stages (Processing, Shipped, Delivered). Shipped orders include a tracking link.
