Hybird Service is a smart electrical monitoring, protection, and management subscription that builds on Hybird Connect. Together, they give your Contractor the tools to continuously monitor, protect, and manage your electrical installation through the Hybird OS platform.
The three Hybird products
Hybird offers three products that build on each other progressively:
Hybird Connect (the foundation). Connect activates the Hybird controller and brings your breakers online. Without Connect, Hybird breakers function as ordinary circuit breakers. With Connect, they become intelligent: connected to the Hybird OS platform, visible to your Contractor, and capable of transmitting real-time data. Connect is the prerequisite for everything else. Priced at 49 DKK per month excluding VAT.
Hybird Service (this product). Service adds all 12 monitoring, protection, and management features on top of Connect. Your Contractor uses these features to deliver continuous remote monitoring, proactive maintenance, and transparent reporting. Priced at 499 DKK per month excluding VAT. Service requires Connect.
Hybird Optimisation (separate, optional, later). Optimisation actively reduces your electricity costs through event-based triggering of breaker sets. It is a separate product contracted directly with Hybird-Systems ApS. See below for details.
How the relationship works
Hybird Service involves three parties:
Your Contractor (the Hybird Certified Contractor who installed your system) is your primary contact for all service matters. They receive alerts, diagnose issues remotely using Hybird OS, and coordinate any required on-site work.
Hybird-Systems ApS provides the hardware and cloud platform that powers your Contractor's service. Hybird handles platform performance, software updates, security patches, and hardware defect resolution.
You (the Customer) provide access to your electrical systems, maintain internet connectivity and electricity supply, and follow your Contractor's recommendations regarding system safety.
Your contractual relationship for Hybird Service is with your Contractor, not with Hybird directly.
The 12 included features
Every Hybird Service subscription includes all 12 features below. There are no tiers, add-ons, or optional modules — every customer receives the full platform.
GPS location with local weather — foundation for twilight control and climate-corrected analysis.
Panel and building information — digital QA report per installation, always accessible and up to date.
Comments at breaker group level — notes on repairs and updates, building structured history over time.
QR access per breaker group — scan a QR code for instant access to full operational info and history.
Remote monitoring of all panels — continuous monitoring of voltage, current, power, and operational values without physical inspection.
Alarm setup (SMS/email) — configurable alarms for all measured values with SMS and/or email notifications.
Earth fault current monitoring — continuous leakage current monitoring to ground for early detection of insulation failure.
Phase-level monitoring — all electrical parameters monitored per phase.
Dynamic temperature monitoring — continuous digital thermography at terminals without physical cameras.
Event library with documentation — all events logged with timestamp, type, and cause for full audit trail.
Virtual sub-metering — consumption aggregated into virtual meters for comparison, tenant billing, and ESG reporting.
Full API access — complete API for integration with existing EMS, BMS, and other platforms.
How the features are applied
The 12 features serve a wide range of use cases. Hybird organises them into six application areas to help illustrate how they apply in practice: remote operation and digital panel management, electrical safety and protection, thermal monitoring and fire prevention, condition-based maintenance, energy monitoring and reporting, and data, AI and compliance. These are not separate products or paid add-ons — they are different ways of applying the same 12 included features to specific customer needs.
Important: Energy monitoring and reporting covers observation and documentation of energy consumption. It does not include Hybird Optimisation, which involves active, event-based triggering of breaker sets — a separate product delivered directly by Hybird.

The minimum contract period is 12 months. Payment is monthly in advance. The monthly fee is fixed for the contract period. An LTE data supplement (passed through to the customer at cost (typically approximately 40 DKK/month)) may apply if your site uses LTE connectivity instead of Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
Hybird Optimisation
Hybird Optimisation actively reduces your electricity costs through the coordinated, event-based triggering of multiple breakers — grouped into breaker sets — including load shifting, peak balancing, and thermal battery management. Typical electricity cost savings are approximately 30%.
Optimisation is a separate agreement between you and Hybird-Systems ApS. Your Contractor is not authorised to perform, configure, or promise Optimisation functions. Once your Service installation is operational (typically 4–6 weeks), your Contractor may provide information about Optimisation and facilitate contact with Hybird.
What happens if the contract ends
On termination, monitoring and platform access cease. Hybird hardware remains your property. Breakers continue to function as standard circuit breakers without smart features. You may request data export upon termination.
