What is Hybird Optimisation

Hybird Optimisation actively reduces your electricity costs. It works by identifying where your installation is consuming more electricity than it needs to, then cutting that excess consumption and capturing the resulting savings. The core mechanism is the coordinated, event-based triggering of multiple breakers, grouped into breaker sets, to reduce unnecessary load at the right moments.

How Optimisation works

Optimisation does not move your consumption to cheaper periods or shift it elsewhere. It reduces the consumption itself. In practice this means:

  • Identifying excessive consumption · spotting loads that are drawing more power than they need, or running when they do not need to

  • Reducing the excess · using coordinated breaker sets to switch off or limit those loads at the appropriate moments

  • Capturing the savings · turning each reduction into a measurable, ongoing decrease in your electricity costs

Every Optimisation action is identified by the Hybird platform or by a member of the Hybird team. No action is implemented without the customer's explicit agreement. Typical electricity cost savings are approximately 30%.

How Optimisation differs from Service

Hybird Service monitors, protects, and reports on your electrical installation. Optimisation goes further: it actively intervenes in how and when your electrical loads operate, rather than simply observing and reporting on them.

How Optimisation is contracted

Hybird Optimisation is a separate agreement between the customer and Hybird-Systems ApS. It is delivered exclusively by Hybird. Your Contractor is not authorised to perform, configure, or promise Optimisation functions.

For customers introduced to Hybird through a Certified Contractor, the typical path is: the Contractor installs Hybird hardware and activates Service, and after approximately 4–6 weeks of operation, the Contractor provides Optimisation information materials and facilitates GDPR-compliant consent for Hybird to contact the customer directly.

Hybird may also offer Optimisation directly to customers with whom Hybird has an existing relationship, independently of the Contractor channel.
