How to pitch Hybird to a commercial customer

If you're an installer, wondering how to explain the value proposition of Hybird to an end-customer, this is where you start.

This guide helps Contractors position Hybird effectively in customer conversations.

The three-product pitch

Lead with the progressive value story:

  1. Hybird Connect is priced at 49 DKK ex. VAT per month per installation (588 DKK per year, invoiced annually). This is the foundation — without it, Hybird breakers are ordinary circuit breakers.

  2. Hybird Service (499 DKK/month, on top of Connect) adds all 12 monitoring, protection, and management features. This is your core offering — continuous remote monitoring, proactive maintenance, and transparent reporting. Total customer cost: 548 DKK/month ex. VAT.

  3. Hybird Optimisation (separate, later) actively reduces electricity costs by approximately 30%. This is contracted directly with Hybird after the Service installation is operational.

The 12 included features: no tiers, no add-ons

Every Service customer gets the full platform. There are no feature tiers or paid add-ons. The 12 features are: GPS location with local weather, panel and building information, comments at breaker group level, QR access per breaker group, remote monitoring of all panels, alarm setup (SMS/email), earth fault current monitoring, phase-level monitoring, dynamic temperature monitoring, event library with documentation, virtual sub-metering, and full API access.

Six application areas for positioning

The 12 features serve different customer needs. Use these application areas to tailor your pitch to what matters most to the customer:

  • Remote operation and digital panel management — for customers who want to reduce physical site visits and automate switching

  • Electrical safety and protection — for customers concerned about fault detection, phase failure, and safe disconnection

  • Thermal monitoring and fire prevention — for customers with fire safety requirements or insurance incentives

  • Condition-based maintenance — for customers moving from reactive to data-driven preventive maintenance

  • Energy monitoring and reporting — for customers tracking consumption, identifying waste, or needing ESG reporting

  • Data, AI and compliance — for customers needing audit trails, benchmarking, or regulatory reporting

These are not separate products. They are different ways of applying the same 12 features.

What not to promise

Do not promise or describe Optimisation functions. These are delivered exclusively by Hybird under a separate agreement. Your role is to introduce the concept and facilitate the customer's contact with Hybird.
