Service vs Optimisation · what is the difference

Hybird offers three products that build on each other. Understanding the difference between Service and Optimisation helps you know what to expect from each.

Hybird Connect

Connect is the activation layer. It brings your Hybird controller and breakers online, connecting them to the Hybird OS platform. Without Connect, Hybird breakers function as ordinary circuit breakers. Connect costs 49 DKK per month excluding VAT and is the prerequisite for both Service and Optimisation.

Hybird Service

Service adds all 12 monitoring, protection, and management features on top of Connect. Your Contractor uses these features to deliver continuous remote monitoring, proactive maintenance, and transparent reporting. Service costs 499 DKK per month excluding VAT.

Service observes and reports. It tells you what is happening in your electrical installation — consumption, temperature, faults, events — but it does not change how your loads operate.

Hybird Optimisation

Optimisation actively reduces your electricity costs. It works by coordinating the event-based triggering of breaker sets to shift loads, balance peaks, and manage thermal storage. Optimisation changes how and when your electrical loads operate, rather than simply observing them.

Typical electricity cost savings are approximately 30%.
