Your Hybird Certified Contractor is your primary contact for all service matters. They install your Hybird hardware, monitor your installation via Hybird OS, and coordinate any required maintenance or on-site work.
Assessment
Your installer assesses your electrical system and recommends Hybird Service for continuous monitoring and proactive maintenance. This assessment evaluates the current health of your electrical infrastructure and identifies the benefits that round-the-clock monitoring and early fault detection can bring to your operations.
Agreement
You sign a Service contract with Hybird. Hybird Service costs 499 DKK per month excluding VAT with a minimum commitment of 12 months. Hybird Connect is priced at 49 DKK ex. VAT per month per installation (588 DKK per year, invoiced annually). The Service contract covers continuous monitoring, alert management, and proactive diagnostics throughout the term.
Hardware installation
Installation proceeds identically to the Optimisation service. A certified Hybird installer fits smart breakers (RCBO, MCB, or RCD), the Edge Controller, Power Supply Unit, and optionally an Uninterruptible Power Supply into your electrical panel. Installation is completed in a few hours by a qualified electrician.
Commissioning
The installer registers your system in Hybird OS, associates the controller with your site, and verifies that all breakers are communicating correctly. Hybird Connect is activated to enable continuous two-way communication between your electrical system and our monitoring platform.
Alert configuration
Your installer configures alert thresholds tailored to your electrical system and business needs. Alerts can be triggered by overcurrent events, leakage detection, temperature anomalies, and connectivity loss. You choose how to receive notifications - alerts can be sent via email and SMS to ensure you are informed immediately when something requires attention.
Go live
24/7 monitoring begins. The system continuously measures voltage, current, power consumption, leakage current, and temperature on every monitored circuit. Our platform works around the clock so you do not have to, providing constant vigilance over your electrical infrastructure.
Ongoing service
Hybird's automated anomaly detection identifies potential issues before they become problems. When an anomaly is detected, your installer receives an alert and can perform remote diagnostics using Hybird OS to assess the situation. If necessary, an on-site visit can be scheduled with full knowledge of what the issue is. Monthly reports are available through your dashboard, summarising all monitored data, alerts, and system health.
Remote control
Breakers can be switched remotely via Hybird OS when diagnostics require it or in case of emergency response. Remote control capability provides flexibility for rapid response to electrical issues without requiring an immediate on-site visit.
Renewal
Your Service contract renews according to the terms set out in your agreement. As your contract renewal date approaches, you can contact your installer to discuss renewal, adjustments, or any changes to your monitoring needs. For billing queries, contact [email protected].
