What data Hybird collects
Electrical measurement data: Voltage, current, power, consumption, leakage, and temperature from each Hybird breaker. This is technical data about your electrical system, not personal data about individuals.
Controller data: Uptime, connectivity status, firmware version, network information.
Account data: Your name, email address, company name, site address, and contact details - provided during registration.
Eloverblik data:If you give consent, Hybird accesses your hourly meter consumption data from Eloverblik for savings verification.
How data is used
Your data is used to deliver the Hybird services you subscribe to: monitoring, optimisation, alerting, and reporting. It is also used for support and troubleshooting when you contact Hybird.
Data sharing
Hybird does not sell your data. Your data may be shared with:
Your designated installer, for installation and maintenance purposes.
Cloud infrastructure providers who host Hybird OS (as data processors under GDPR).
Authorities, if required by law.
Data retention
Electrical measurement data is retained for the duration of your service contract and a reasonable period thereafter for reporting and audit purposes. Account data is retained while your account is active. Contact Hybird to request specific retention details.

You have the right to:
Access your personal data held by Hybird.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
Request data portability (receive your data in a structured format).
Withdraw consent for Eloverblik data access at any time.
