How to request deletion
Email [email protected] from the address you sign in with, using the subject line [Account deletion request].
We'll confirm your request and promptly erase your account and personal data from our active systems.
Limited personal data may persist in operational logs and encrypted backups. These are access-restricted, are not used to restore deleted accounts, and are automatically deleted within 90 days.
What happens to panel and installation data
Panel and installation data owned by your organisation isn't deleted along with your user account. That data is managed by the account owner, who can decide what happens to it.
