Troubleshooting Hybird OS login issues

If you cannot log into Hybird OS, follow these steps.

Account not found

If the system says your email is not recognised, you may not yet have a Hybird OS account. Accounts are created during the onboarding process after installation. Contact your installer or Hybird support to set up your account.

Incorrect URL

Each Hybird customer has a specific URL for their Hybird OS instance (e.g., https://[yourcompany].hybird.energy). Make sure you are using the correct URL. If you are unsure of your URL, contact Hybird support.

Browser issues

Hybird OS works on modern web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). If you experience display problems:

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.

  • Try a different browser.

  • Ensure your browser is up to date.

  • Disable browser extensions that might interfere (ad blockers, VPN extensions).

Still cannot log in

If none of the above resolves the issue, contact Hybird support:
