Hybird OS is the platform where all your site data is accessible. This article covers how to log in and what to do if you have trouble.
How to log in
Open your web browser and navigate to your Hybird OS URL. Each account has a customer-specific URL (e.g., yourcompany.hybird.energy). Your URL is provided during onboarding.
Enter your email address and, through the magic link SSO and verification process, proceed to the platform.
First-time login
If this is your first time logging in, you should have received an invitation email from Hybird with a link to set up your account. Click the link to create your account. If you did not receive the invitation, check your spam folder or contact Hybird support.
Browser compatibility
Hybird OS works in all modern web browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. It is also accessible from mobile browsers · the interface is responsive and works on phones and tablets. No app installation is required.
Troubleshooting login issues
No invitation received: If you were supposed to receive an account invitation but did not, contact your administrator or Hybird support to resend it.
Page not loading: Clear your browser cache, try a different browser, or check your internet connection.
Multiple sites
If your account has access to multiple sites, you will see a site selector after logging in. Select the site you want to view. You can switch between sites at any time without logging out.
