This article provides a plain-language summary of the key terms that apply when using Hybird products and services. It is not a legal document - refer to your signed agreement for the full terms.
What you are agreeing to
When you use Hybird Optimisation or Hybird Service, you agree to:
Allow Hybird hardware to be installed in your electrical panel by a certified installer.
Provide the controller with internet access (Ethernet, Wi-Fi, or LTE) so it can communicate with Hybird OS.
Pay the agreed monthly or contractual fees for the services you subscribe to.
Use the Hybird system in accordance with normal operating conditions and not tamper with or modify the hardware.
Contract duration
Hybird Service the minimum contract term is 12 months. The specific duration, renewal terms, and notice period are set out in your individual service agreement.
What Hybird provides
Hybird provides the hardware, software platform (Hybird OS), and the monitoring or optimisation services as described in your agreement. Hybird is responsible for maintaining the platform and providing support as defined in the service level terms.
What Hybird does not cover
Hybird is not responsible for:
Your site's electrical installation beyond the Hybird hardware itself.
Internet connectivity at your site (you are responsible for providing and maintaining this).
Damage caused by incorrect installation, power surges, lightning, water damage, or other external factors.
Loss of savings due to changes in electricity market conditions.
Termination
Either party can terminate the agreement according to the notice period and conditions set out in the contract. Early termination may incur fees as specified in the agreement.
