Billing and invoicing for Hybird Service

This article explains how Hybird Service billing works for end-customers.

An LTE data supplement (passed through to the customer at cost (typically approximately 40 DKK/month)) may apply if the site uses LTE connectivity instead of Ethernet or Wi-Fi.

There are no tiers, add-ons, or optional modules. Every Hybird Service customer receives the full set of 12 features at the same price.

Payment terms

  • Payment is due monthly in advance.

  • The monthly fee is fixed for the contract period.

  • At renewal, pricing may be adjusted in line with the Danish Consumer Price Index (CPI).

  • Late payment is subject to a 30-day grace period, after which interest applies per the Danish Interest Act (renteloven).

Termination

  • Either party may terminate with 3 months' written notice before the end of the current period.

  • Contracts auto-renew for successive 12-month periods if not terminated.

  • Early termination by the customer incurs a fee equal to the remaining months of the current contract period.

Hardware costs

Hybird hardware (controllers, breakers, power supplies) is purchased separately from the subscription. Hardware pricing follows Hybird's current price list at the time of order confirmation. Standard payment terms for hardware are 50% at order and 50% at delivery.
